Who is the painter or what is the name of this painting of Jesus?

I have seen a picture of Jesus which is an old masters I believe. It is famous because it isn%26#039;t beautiful, actually The image is ugly. I think it is related to the Isaiah passage saying, %26quot;he has no comeliness to attract us to him.%26quot;





It might be dutch or italian but I%26#039;m not sure. I%26#039;ve never known the name of the painter and I haven%26#039;t been able to find anything when I search for it. I would just like to have a copy of it or a jpeg file.
